Prospective Service Providers

If you are a prospective service provider interested in applying for a program:

• Create a MyCourtMN account to apply as a provider to a program.
• Once a MyCourtMN account is created, an activation email will be sent to the address submitted. Activation is required to begin setting up a provider profile and applying to a program.
• Prospective providers will be notified by email when action is taken on an application. The length of an application process differs by program.

Resources

If you are a member of the public using the PASS system please use the following two menu options:

• Provider Schedules: View availability of providers for a specific county service.
• Roster: A list of providers by county and service type.
